Silvio has a background in both common law (LLB) and civil law (law degree). Working in the trust services industry, he gained a decade of experience as a Trust Law Officer at a leading trust company in London, where he assisted individuals and companies by carrying out private, business and finance transactions through the legal institution of trust. Advocatus in the Vatican City, he is at the same time a member of the Rome Bar as an established lawyer; he deals with asset protection, real estate and succession planning, corporate governance; since 2020 he has been an of counsel of the LJLex law firm.
