Her areas of expertise include cross-border contracts, in particular international franchising, business law, civil law and commercial litigation. Called to the Bar of Poznań, Poland, and registered in the Bar Association of Rome, Italy, Katarzyna Zarzecka is successfully practicing law both in Poland and in Italy. She has a relevant professional expertise in European law, business law and civil law gained, inter alia, in the European Central Bank in Frankfurt am Main and in a number of law firms in Poland and Italy.
